1. Six of the West Coast Light Rail the Gravy Train Systems (Los Angeles, Portland, Sacramento, San Jose, San Diego and San Francisco) require taxpayer subsidies to pay for 73% of operation and 100% of Capital improvements per year and on average only remove between 0.39% and 1.1% of cars off the Roadway. We can't afford too many more "Obama Cash for Clunkers" deals can we?
