Dear Sir or Madam,
By way of introduction my name is Peter Eberle and I am the Managing Director of Ellicott Dredges. I know you are familiar with Ellicott’s Mr. Paul Quinn and also Mr. Peter Bowe.
In a recent conversation we discussed the exact qualifications necessary in order to obtain the title of “Dredge Master”. There does not seem to be a recognizable standard. Any assistance you may offer in locating entities that certify individuals as a Dredge Master or prerequisites in order to be self proclaimed are certainly appreciated.
