By now you should have received your WEDA 29/TAMU 40 registration and exhibitor packet. If you have not for some reason received one let us know and we email you one. <BR>
<BR>
The purpose of this email is to advise you that booth reservations are starting to come in. Last year we had to turn away several applications because the available space was sold out.<BR>
<BR>
FYI last year in recognition of the outstanding support received from exhibitors, WEDA presented it First Annual Booth Awards. Odom Hydrographic was awarded a complimentary booth at WEDA 29 conference for having the most "Inviting, Warm and Receptive Booth" and HYPACK was awarded a a complimentary booth for having the most "Technically Educational Booth". <BR>

Those same selections and awards will be presented at WEDA 29 and TAMU 40. <BR>
<BR>
We look forward to seeing you at WEDA 29/TAMU 40. <BR>

For the information of all who plan to exhibit at WODCON XVIII.<BR>
<BR>
Indoor Exhibit Area: Booths 105, 107, 116, 118, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 300, 301, 304, 305, 306, 307, 309, 311, 312, 314, 316, 317, 318, 320, 322, 327, 328, 404, 406, 408, 411, 504, 506 have been reserved and are no longer available.<BR>
<BR>
Outdoor Exhibit Area: Two spots in the Parking Lot area closest to the building have been reserved. Space remains for items such as Heavy Equipment, Dredge Pipe, Impeller, Dredge Pumps, Boats. etc;<BR>
<BR>
Since Exhibit spaces are assigned to exhibitors on a first come first serve basis please provide us with at least 3 selections when requesting your booth. <BR>
<BR>
Social function (icebreaker), daily breaksfasts, lunches and refreshment breaks will be held in the exhibit areas. <BR>
<BR>
