General Information

Indoor Exhibit Booth price includes 3-foot high side
drapes; 8-foot high black drape; one identification sign.

8-foot x 10-foot space entitles
the exhibiting company/organization to one (1) booth
representative at all functions. One additional company
representative may register for $375.00. All others must pay
full registration.

8-foot x 20-foot space entitles
the exhibiting company/organization to two (2) booth
representatives at all events. Two additional company
representatives may register for $375.00 each. All others
must pay full registration.

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent
and/or adult guardian in all the exhibition areas.

Our Official Exhibitor Contracter is Freeman Decorating.
Electricty, carpeting, tents, etc., are available. Order kits
will be mailed to you by the exhibitor contractor.

exhibit hall. Daily continental breakfast, cocktail party
and refreshment breaks will be held in exhibit areas.

FREE SODA, COFFEE, POPCORN &
ICE CREAM available during exhibit hours. Door prizes
for those visiting the exhibit area, including a $1000.00
grand prize.
